Biography

I am a Lecturer in the Department of Artificial Intelligence, School of Information and Communication Engineering, Communication University of China, Beijing, China, since 2020/09. Previously, I worked at the Shenzhen Institutes of Advanced Technology, Guangdong, China, as a Research Associate (2012/06-2014/09) and as an Assistant Professor (2018/07-2019/02). I was a Visiting Scholar (2014/04-2014/09) at Wayne State University, Michigan, and a Postdoctoral Researcher (2019/03-2020/05) at UT Southwestern Medical Center, Texas, USA.

My research interests focus on artificial intelligence (AI) and its applications in image quality assessment, medical image analysis, biomedical engineering, and multimodal large intelligent systems. Recently, I become particularly interested in evaluating the performance of large language models for audio-to-audio translation and developing AI agents for scientific research.
